Below is a list of guide prices for our traditional / standard design work. Fees for bespoke / contemporary design
packages, new builds over 2500 sqft, renovation / restoration projects and commercial work are based on the Client's design brief and specification for each individual project. We are a small firm with minimal overheads, this is how we
are able to keep our costs so low.

PLEASE NOTE: The above costs do not include Planning, Building Control or Consent to Discharge (septic tank for new dwelling) fees, Ordnance Survey Map Purchases, Structural Calculations, SAP / SBEM Calculations, Air Tightness Testing, Specialist Surveys, Mortgage Certification.
We operate a simple three stage payment structure with a deposit due on agreement of works, a second payment due on submission of the Planning Application and the final amount to be paid when the Building Control Application has been lodged.
Many Architects charge for work on an hourly rate basis which can lead to spiraling fees and a massive shock for the Client at the end of the design process. For peace of mind and to help Clients budget for their project costs we adopt a policy of agreeing fixed fees upfront.
